Natural Wood or Composite?

Wood Deck
Natural wood is less expensive than composite, about 50% less overall. It does require more maintenance though, it need to be cleaned regularly and treated or stained every few years.
Composite Deck
Composite decks are more money initially but will eventually pay off in the long run. Once the composite is installed it is virtually worry free, it will not warp, crack, split or fade. It does however become very hot to the touch in warm climate areas.
