It is crucial that your project is designed and built in such a way that it looks like it has always been there. You want to think about using similar materials to create a consistent look. Think about the windows, doors, trim, roofing and overhang size. This is best achieved by working with a Design/Scope Develop/Build remodeler who will create real life 3D renderings to show you what your project will look before they start ripping off the side of your house.
Who will be assessing the existing structure and utilities for code and zoning compliance?
At Paradis Remodeling and Building LLC we will assess your existing structure and systems and let you know if your addition project will trigger additional code upgrade work before you start the project. This is done so that you know how much to budget for your project before it starts and you do not get WACKED with change orders. (A common occurrence when homeowners hire the wrong contractor or designer!)
